Tech Lead- AI & Agentic Development in the SAP Ecosystem

We’re looking for a hands-on tech lead to drive our AI and agentic development practice in the SAP ecosystem. You’ll be the technical focal point for the team: setting direction, owning key technical decisions, and making sure knowledge is shared and applied across projects. You’ll build production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers running SAP. Prior SAP experience isn’t required, and we’ll teach you what you need.

What you’ll do

• Lead a development team: plan work, review code, mentor, and own delivery quality.

• Serve as the go-to expert for AI and agentic development, for the team, internal stakeholders, and customers.

• Define and maintain technical standards, best practices, and reusable components.

• Design and build AI and agentic applications, including LLM workflows, multi-step agents, tool and API integrations, and RAG pipelines.

• Integrate AI solutions with SAP (S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP) and with non-SAP platforms.

• Contribute to solution architecture, effort estimation, and technical proposals.

• Track the AI landscape and bring proven tools and approaches into delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Hands-on experience building AI applications on LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), with at least one solution delivered to production or customer use.

• Experience with agentic development: tool and function calling, multi-step orchestration, MCP, or agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar).

• Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.

• Experience leading or mentoring developers, or acting as the technical owner of a project.

• Highly organized and able to manage several workstreams at once.

• A fast learner who is comfortable ramping up on new domains, SAP included.

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
