Devsinc is looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer I – AI/ML with a minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python development, preferably post-graduation.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI, along with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Summary
Develop and maintain AI/ML applications and intelligent solutions using Python, including generative AI, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, backend services, and model deployment. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1.5 years of professional AI/ML experience, plus hands-on experience with Python, machine learning, deep learning, vector databases, RESTful APIs, and Git, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.

Design, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML applications and intelligent solutions using Python; develop and integrate generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG; build and implement agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks; develop scalable Python backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django; implement ML and deep learning models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source models; work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate; perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, optimization, and fine-tuning; collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models; support model deployment, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization; participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving; write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, preferably post-graduation; strong proficiency in Python, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and logical problem-solving; hands-on experience with ML, deep learning, generative AI, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering; working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks; experience with RESTful APIs and backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django; understanding of NLP, transformers, embeddings, and vector databases; familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases; working knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, services-based environment.
