About Future Works Large companies spend billions on consulting and implementation projects to adopt new technology. Most of that work is slow and expensive, and too often it fails to deliver. Future Works replaces it. We rebuild the operations that move a company's P&L in twelve-week cycles, run by senior experts and fleets of AI agents, with our fees tied to outcomes our clients' own finance teams verify. We deliver in twelve weeks what incumbents quote at two years. We work with large companies in energy, construction, real estate and other asset-heavy industries. Every role here is built around humans and agents working as one system. Whatever the seat, we look for high energy, high agency and a real interest in building with AI. The Role Our clients own real estate, and the numbers that describe it live in a dozen systems that were never designed to agree with each other. We build them a platform that fixes that, inside their own cloud, in one cycle, for a fee that does not move. As the Senior AI Product Manager, you run that cycle. You own the plan, the gates and the scope line. You decide what the first cycle can honestly deliver, you get the client to sign up to what each gate has to prove, and you are the person the client's sponsor calls. An Operating Director owns the account. A solution architect, a data and technology lead and engineers from our shared team build it. This is a real estate seat. You need to have done this work in the sector, because the judgment calls in this job are the ones that only make sense once you have lived through a reporting cycle. Key Responsibilities - Own the Cycle: Lead the engagement end to end, from discovery through build, training and handover, including retiring whatever our platform replaces. - Hold the Scope Line: Agree with the client up front what each gate has to prove, then manage change so the fee stays fixed and what will not fit is written down rather than argued about later. - Data Before Views: Insist the numbers are right before anything is built on top of them, and own the calls on mapping, checks and what happens when something does not reconcile. - Where AI Belongs: Decide what the agents do and what stays on a fixed calculation, so nothing probabilistic ever lands on a number the client reports. - Own the Client at Working Level: Be the daily contact for the sponsor and the business owner, run the workshops where the people who use the platform tell you what they need, report plainly and raise bad news early. What We're Looking For Required Skills and Experience - Real Estate, Hands On: At least 2 years inside or directly serving institutional owners, operators, REITs, real estate private equity or fund managers, or a real estate technology or data vendor. You can pick up a client's reporting pack and tell us what is wrong with it. Expect to be asked to do exactly that. - Product Management: 5+ years owning every phase of the lifecycle, delivering custom software for external clients rather than an internal roadmap. - Data Product Experience: You have shipped a reporting, BI or data platform where adoption depended on people trusting the numbers, not on the feature list. - Fixed-Scope Delivery: You have run engagements where payment depended on the client accepting the work, and you wrote the acceptance criteria yourself. - AI Judgment: You understand extraction, retrieval with sources, agent workflows and approval steps well enough to specify them for engineers, and you know where to keep a model out. - Client Environment: Comfortable delivering into a client's Microsoft cloud, including access by role and by fund, audit logging and test environments. - Leadership and Presence: You have led designers, engineers and data people, and you can tell a CFO something they do not want to hear in week three rather than week twelve. - Analytical: You define the measures, interrogate a number you are given, and decide from evidence. - AI-Native Workflow: You use agents in your own daily work. - Working Hours: Overlap with US Eastern business hours. Nice to Have - You have switched off a system a client still depended on, including running both until they signed that the old one could go. - Experience of the quarterly cycle that produces investor statements, or of answering investor due diligence questionnaires. - Data governance where the business, not IT, approved the mappings and the thresholds.
