Oversee resource, cost, and schedule planning while adapting to changing priorities and maintaining overall visibility into capacity, critical dependencies, and financial considerations.
Lead and engage multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment, organize planning, monitoring, and retrospective activities, and foster autonomy, collaboration, operational excellence, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
Manage simultaneous deliveries in an iterative environment, contribute to the evolution of agile and hybrid practices, measure and improve delivery predictability, and identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies by implementing appropriate action plans.
Produce data-driven progress reports for senior management that support action and decision-making, using performance visualization and tracking tools such as ADO, LeanKit/Planview AgilePlace, and Power BI.
