  • Deploy and manage applications and platform services using Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps.
  • Support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments and their surrounding Azure infrastructure.
  • Help operate on-premises Kubernetes clusters, including networking, storage, ingress, certificates, upgrades, and cluster maintenance.
  • Monitor Kubernetes environments and proactively identify performance, reliability, capacity, and availability issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems across the container, Kubernetes, Linux, network, and infrastructure layers.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications and infrastructure.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks using Terraform, Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
  • Implement and maintain Kubernetes RBAC, secrets, network policies, security controls, and workload configuration.
  • Work with Software, Data, and AI Engineers to containerize and deploy their workloads reliably.
  • Participate in production support and incident resolution, including root-cause analysis and follow-up improvements.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, runbooks, infrastructure modules, Helm charts, and reusable platform components.
  • Work closely with Senior Cloud/Kubernetes Engineers and gradually take ownership of larger infrastructure components and initiatives.

Your Superpowers🚀:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Kubernetes, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying, configuring, operating, upgrading, and troubleshooting clusters and workloads.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts including Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC, storage, and networking.
  • Strong experience with Docker and containerized applications, including building, debugging, and optimizing container images.
  • Comfortable working with Linux systems, including troubleshooting processes, networking, storage, permissions, and system resources.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, load balancing, firewalls, and reverse proxies.
  • Experience with Helm and managing application deployments across multiple environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Flux.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably Terraform.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, Kubernetes events, and system-level diagnostics.
  • Some hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, Azure Container Registry, networking, storage, and identity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently investigate and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Fluent in English with good communication and documentation skills.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience operating on-premises or bare-metal Kubernetes clusters.
  • Experience with RKE2, Rancher, OpenShift, Talos, or similar Kubernetes platforms.
  • Experience with Argo CD, Flux, Helm, or Kustomize.
  • Experience with Kubernetes networking technologies such as Cilium, Calico, NGINX Ingress, Traefik, or similar.
  • Experience with Kubernetes storage and CSI drivers.
  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, cert-manager, or other secrets/certificate management solutions.
  • Experience with GPU-enabled Kubernetes workloads, NVIDIA GPU Operator, or AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Exposure to data and AI workloads, such as model serving, distributed processing, or data platforms running on Kubernetes.
