eigenblue – We're building the future of engineering. A future where engineers build intelligent systems that solve complex problems, and work alongside those systems to bring their solutions into the real world. We solve complex, multidisciplinary engineering problems by combining deep human expertise with AI systems we build ourselves. Our proprietary AI models generate system architectures across software, electronics, mechanics, and applied physics - and our engineers stay in the loop, not as supervisors but as the decisive factor to bring those architectures into the real world.
As a Junior Delivery Manager (m/f/d) - Industrial AI & Software Systems, you take ownership of technology initiatives at the intersection of Industrial Software Engineering, Data, Automation, and AI. Together with our engineering teams and leading industry partners, you plan, structure, and drive topics with growing responsibility, from early concept to prototype and production, across areas such as robotics, knowledge graphs, and intralogistics on the factory floor. Whether you will contribute to a concept study about deploying robots from space or help increase factory output by reducing manufacturing errors with early Computer Vision.
Your Role
Analyzing ideas, challenges, and product landscapes together with our engineering teams and translating them into concrete technical solutions (PoC, prototype, MVP) and product visions
Planning and structuring agile work with a clear focus on output and goals, design-sprints and iterative development, writing user stories, estimating effort together with your teams, and tracking key performance indicators
Validating ideas from rapid-cycle prototyping and testing to the transition into stable, real-world production systems
Facilitating internal and external meetings (e.g. sprint reviews), determining what's best for each product, and supporting the management of these requirements with various stakeholders
Supporting go-to-market activities by contributing to build and maintain long-lasting relationships and assisting in starting new engagements
Communicating clearly and openly with your teams, and involving the relevant stakeholders for the corresponding technical or product decisions
Your Profile
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Interaction Design, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
First relevant professional experience in a multi-stakeholder environment or hands-on development experience in software engineering, e.g gained through (extra-) curricular scholarships or student initiatives (Manage & More, CDTM, Digital Product School, TUfast, Think.Make.Start, AIESEC, Enactus, etc.)
High curiosity about the latest tech trends and a strong interest in trying out new things
Strong analytical and research skills, an independent, structured, and motivating way of working, and the ability to switch between an 80/20 mode and a careful, detail-oriented mindset as needed
Strong communication skills paired with a confident presence across various stakeholders, and business fluency in both German and English
First experience in an agile setup and efficient use of AI tools in daily work
Your Package
Salary Package based on your previous experience and qualifications, reviewed annually as part of our Performance and Progression process, along with an individual learning and development budget to support your growth
Hybrid work setup giving you the flexibility to balance focus time with staying close to your stakeholders and colleagues, along with your choice of OS
