IC4 - Sr AI Engineer

Objective

We are looking for a Senior AI Transformation Analyst to turn business opportunities into practical AI-powered solutions that people adopt and use. You will work alongside Product Managers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to understand problems, rethink workflows, challenge assumptions, and validate solutions before substantial engineering investment. You will connect product thinking, user understanding, technical fluency, and hands-on experimentation to help teams move from an initial idea to measurable outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role with hands-on responsibility for discovery, prototyping, and validation, continuing through implementation and adoption in partnership with the teams involved.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Product Managers and business teams to clarify user needs, business objectives, constraints, and success measures.

• Analyze existing workflows and identify where AI can create value, where human judgment is essential, and where simpler solutions are more appropriate.

• Turn ambiguous opportunities into testable hypotheses, solution concepts, and clear recommendations.

• Build interaction flows and working prototypes using AI tools, low-code platforms, or lightweight code.

• Test concepts with users and use evidence to challenge assumptions, refine solutions, and recommend whether to proceed, iterate, or stop.

• Work with engineering to assess feasibility, data requirements, integrations, dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.

• Translate validated concepts into clear requirements, expected behaviors, edge cases, and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with Product Managers.

• Stay involved through implementation to resolve open questions and preserve the intended user and business outcomes.

• Partner with business teams to support adoption, gather feedback, and measure whether solutions improve the way people work.

• Incorporate privacy, reliability, human oversight, and responsible AI considerations into solution design.

What we’re looking for

• Seniority: demonstrated experience shaping digital products or transforming business workflows, from problem discovery through implementation and adoption (IC4 / Sr level equivalent).

• Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish an underlying need from a requested feature.

• Practical experience with user research, process mapping, rapid prototyping, and experimentation.

• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and agent-based solutions, including their limitations.

• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data flows, integrations, and system constraints with engineers.

• The ability to work independently through ambiguity, make trade-offs explicit, and influence cross-functional decisions without formal authority.

• Clear communication with both technical and business audiences.

• Concrete examples of solutions you helped shape, assumptions you tested, and outcomes you evaluated.

We are very excited if you also...
•    Experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
•    Experience in financial services or other environments where trust, privacy, and reliability are critical.
•    Familiarity with product analytics and adoption measurement.
