What you'll be doing

We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Head of Product to own Onecom's AI and SaaS products – products and services we design, build and bring to market ourselves.

Reporting to the CTO, you'll be the accountable owner for each product: setting the vision and roadmap, working day to day with our development teams to release features and functionality at pace, making sure every product is ready for market, and driving adoption and revenue growth once it's live.

This is a fast-paced role in a business that ships quickly. You'll work closely with our engineering teams in the UK and India, Onecom Studio, and Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to turn market opportunities into products customers pay for and keep using.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the vision, strategy and roadmap for Onecom's AI and SaaS products.

• Identifying customer needs, market opportunities and emerging technology trends.

• Working closely with development teams to turn ideas into scalable products and features.

• Leading product launches and ensuring operational, commercial and customer readiness.

• Partnering with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling propositions and go-to-market plans.

• Managing product performance, adoption, revenue growth and customer retention.

• Using customer insight and market feedback to drive continual product improvement.

• Building and developing a high-performing Product team as our portfolio expands.

• Influencing senior stakeholders and helping shape the future direction of Onecom's technology offering.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Product leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset. You'll be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where decisions are made quickly and products are brought to market at pace.

Essential Experience

• Significant experience in product management, including leadership responsibility.

• A proven track record of building and launching B2B SaaS products – taking them from concept to market and growing them.

• Hands-on experience bringing AI- or machine learning-powered products to market.

• Experience as a product owner working closely with development teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning product P&L, revenue targets or commercial performance metrics.

• Experience defining and delivering product and launch readiness across operations, commercial and support functions.

• Technical fluency in APIs, cloud platforms and data, sufficient to make credible trade-offs with engineering.

• Strong analytical and data-led decision-making capability.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Our dream candidate will also have

• Experience within telecommunications, UC, cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity or managed services sectors.

• Experience with conversational AI, voice AI or AI agents.

• Understanding of product-led growth principles and usage-based pricing.

• Knowledge of responsible AI practice and AI regulation.

• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.

• Experience managing Product Managers and Product Owners.
