We are looking for a Business Process Architect to partner with teams across the Infrastructure Hardware organization at Meta to identify process gaps streamline workflows and drive operational improvements using AI and existing Meta tools. This role will work closely with business teams to understand current procedures identify inefficiencies and design and implement AI enabled solutions that improve productivity reduce manual effort and create more scalable processes. The ideal candidate combines strong business process analysis skills with practical AI knowledge and a hands on approach to implementing solutions. A hardware background is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams to understand existing workflows procedures and business challenges.

• Identify process gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.

• Recommend and implement practical solutions using company provided AI tools and enterprise applications.

• Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and AI use cases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions improve adoption and measure business impact.

• Document optimized workflows and drive continuous process improvement.

*This role is Hybrid and requires working 60% onsite with the client in Menlo Park, CA*

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in business process improvement business analysis operations or business transformation

• Understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities and their practical business applications

• Ability to identify gaps in existing processes and translate them into implementable solutions

• Strong stakeholder management analytical and problem solving skills

• Hands on mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from discovery through implementation

• High School Diploma or GED 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise AI tools or workflow automation

• AI and Technology Tools

• AI assistants Claude Google Gemini

• AI implementation Prompt engineering AI enabled workflow design and integration of AI tools into existing business processes

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
