OVERVIEW: The Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing related tasks of Artificial Intelligence projects. The Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow that ultimately leads to Contributors’ satisfaction.
DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with payment support team on daily tasks related to processing payments for Contributors across different locations
Responsible for vendor onboarding and payment information verification
Communicate with other teams and departments within the company to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about payment and onboarding status
Utilize various tools and systems for vendor communication and payment processing (e.g., Zendesk, ProjectA, RIPS)
Responsible for providing timely updates to the Production team, Sourcing team and Account Payables teams
Do timely follow-up with project team to release pending payments for the Contributors from different locations
Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshoot payment issues and collect any missing information
Comply with relevant and applicable procedures • Proactively adapt to changing procedures and learn new information independently
Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Summary
Coordinate end-to-end payment processing and vendor onboarding for Artificial Intelligence projects, tracking requests in Zendesk, ProjectA and RIPS and updating production, sourcing, and payables teams.
