Qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience in tech-first product companies or high-growth startups
AI-pilled daily workflow: You use AI coding tools as your primary workspace, leveraging AI across the full software lifecycle (planning/design, implementation, testing, refactoring, maintenance) while maintaining high standards for architecture, quality, security, scalability, and reliability
Hands-on with agents in production: tool calling, context management, evals, and cost and latency tradeoffs.
